Ticket Refund Policy

Ticket is for LIONFIRE, not for a specific musical, children’s activity, or pyrotechnic artist, herein called “ARTIST”. All ARTISTS and schedule are subject to change without notice. ARTIST cancellation is not grounds for a refund. The ticket is a revocable license for the time/date listed on the ticket.

LionHeart Event Group LLC is herein called “MANAGEMENT”. MANAGEMENT reserves the right without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the venue, local, state or federal law or whose contact is deemed illegal disorderly, or offensive by MANAGEMENT. Persons entering the venue are subject to search for contraband. Ticket user and all entering venue bear all risks of personal injury incidental to the event, whether occurring before during or after the event. The resale or attempted resale of the ticket for a price higher than that appearing on the ticket is prohibited and if discovered will result in the ticket being voided without refund. The ticket may not be used for advertising promotion (including contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes without the express written consent of MANAGEMENT. Ticket user and all entering venue consent to MANAGEMENT’S use of their image or likeness incidental to any photography, video display, transmission, or recording of the event.

Ticket user bears all risks, including cancellation of the event and of inclement weather.


Refunds

Ticket purchases can be fully refunded within 72 hours of purchase by contacting ShowClix by emailing support@showclix.com or callling 888-718-4253. Service fees may still apply. No refunds will be made less than 7 days prior to May 27, 2017. No tickets will be refunded onsite.

Exchanges

Single tickets for one event date may be exchanged for the other event date based on availability. Exchanges must be made no less than 7 days prior to May 27, 2017. All exchanges must be made by contacting Showclix by emailing support@showclix.com or callling 888-718-4253. Service fees may apply. No exchanges will be made onsite.

General admission tickets may be upgraded to VIP tickets by contacting Showclix by emailing support@showclix.com or callling 888-718-4253 upon availability.

Refunds for Event Day Cancelled/Rescheduled Due to Weather

LionFire may be cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions. Rain date is Monday, May 29, 2017. Upon event cancellation, all ticket holders will be contacted directly via their registered Showclix account email with the rescheduled date. Announcements will also be made on the LionFire social media sites (@LionFireFest). All tickets for cancelled date will be honored at rescheduled date. For ticketholders unable to attend rescheduled date, refunds will be made through Showclix. by emailing support@showclix.com or callling 888-718-4253. No refunds will be made onsite.

If event is cancelled due to inclement weather after it has opened and started, all ticket holders will be contacted directly via their registered Showclix account email with the rescheduled date and refund information. No refunds or exchanges will be made on site.
